These steps will walk you through creating a Google Workspace account to use with your domain for email, calendar, docs, and more. It takes about 10 minutes.
Step 1: Navigate to Google Workspace
Go to https://workspace.google.com/ and click the Get Started button:
Step 2: Enter your info
Enter your real business or organization name and region. The number of employees is just a survey, so you do not need to worry about choosing the exact number of users you will have here.
Step 3: Enter your contact info
Enter the primary contact info for the first admin of the account. Use an email address you can access outside of the domain (like a gmail or icloud) as your current email address.
Step 4: Choose “Set up using your existing domain”
Step 5: Enter your domain
This is typically the domain you use with your website. If you have other domains you also want to use for email, we can set those up later.
Step 6: Confirm the domain

Choose your username (this will be the first part of your email address, before the @) and enter a password.
You may be asked to sign in on the next screen and verify your account with a text message. Google randomly selects users for this process, but provides step by step instructions. Enter the username and password you chose and then follow the directions to scan a QR code.
Step 7: Choose your plan
Google presents the highest plan by default. Scroll to the bottom to the “Compare plans” button to see all plans
If you are just starting, have just 1-2 users, and don’t have email to import from another provider, we recommend the starter plan. If you are a team of 3 or more or have email to migrate from another provider, choose the standard plan.
Step 8: Enter your billing information
Enter your billing contact and card to use once your 14 day trial is up.
Step 9: Skip adding users
Select the option in the bottom right
Step 10: Share login details
Google will prompt you to verify your domain. You can safely skip this step and close your browser tab. We will take it from here!
Open a new tab to https://onetimesecret.com/en/
Enter your username and password in the box:
Click “Create Link” and copy and paste the link it generates back to us in our email thread:
